I’m so happy I have a kid in Kindergarten so we can still experience things like a “Mother’s Day Tea.” Though there was no tea in sight, I did find bagels and coffee. And cute kids.
It was so much fun to see all the shy kindergartners of a few months ago blossom into future 1st graders. Jordan’s teacher put together a really sweet montage of all the kids complete with baby photos. Imagine my surprise when I saw this image flash by:
Have to admit I got a little teary eyed, thinking that’s how my kid sees me. Some kids called mom “awesome”, “the best” or “pretty.” I’ll take “kind” any day. Love that kid.
Of course, I know how my other kid thinks of me, especially after a few days at Disney. I’m her partner in crime.
Happy mother’s day to all the totally awesome moms! Hope you get to experience the day with those you love.

This is so sweet. I’d take kind any day. You are sure doing somthing right.
